Kiat Tan Wei Jie (b.1994) is a multi-disciplinary artist, photographer and director based in Singapore. His practice incorporates multiple mediums such as photography, film, design and text. Photography is his main medium, and his photographic works explores the relationship between self-identity, culture and contemporary issues. Apart from image-making, his other works crosses design and art-making.
He strings for news agency South China Morning Post and runs Ki Visuals, a photography and videography entity specialising in events, weddings, studio shoots. With six years of experience in the media industry, he has worked with various brands and agencies such as Apple, Canon, Singapore Press Holdings, just to name a few.
He is currently working on a few personal projects and commissions.
